This deck is just for efficiency, although it needs to quest enough that nobody dies to threat. The accelerator makes it draw half of its cards, and it draws the other half itself with Lord of Morthond.
Going last, the deck should receive a Song of Travel and an Elf-friend from Deck #1, and then a Song of Wisdom from Deck #2. It plays its own Song of Battle, so that Denethor can play any color of Outlands allies, then do the Blade of Gondolin and Dúnedain Hunter that the combo needs.
Steward of Gondor is for Glorfindel, effectively moving 2 of Théodred's resources to Deck #2. It also adds the Gondor trait, so that Denethor can give him another, and Wealth of Gondor works for him. This gives a boost for playing more The Galadhrim's Greeting and A Test of Will.
