Really like the old version you made, this is i think one of the best ways to use spirit Aragorn.

great idea using one hero with spirit aragorn. You can quest and use it's ability right from the beginning. the only thing i am not fancy about are the Timely aid's in this deck with only 13 allies in the deck, seems like a hit or miss those ones.

Timely Aid with only 13 allies and from that only 8 that (if in secrecy) are with higher cost than 1 its not effective.

would increase the amount of (expensive) allies or replace the aid.

consider Gléowine its a save carddraw, not only if you hit an attachement with Master of the Forge

consider Rhovanion Outrider, they synergy very well with his ability. (first using response, then action )

I assume the only way to play the unique leadership cards with this deck is to use Thorongil to get Aragorn? Not a huge fan of that, would probably rather see Song of Kings, which might be your go-to attachment if you can luckily mulligan into Strider. Just a thought. Thorongil is a good card but would hate to use it on coreagorn, as I think that's the weakest of the three options if you are starting with blue.

This is a really cool way to use this aragorn! Very thematic, and I'm going to give it a go!
