Spin on the classic Silvan deck but leverages the new Imrahil and Elf-friend to trick in Silvan allies cheaply to get the best value out of them with Celeborn and Galadriel.
Mulligan hard for Elf-Friend or Master of the Forge, tried to minimise the number of tactics cards in the deck to make the best use of Imrahil, probably look at dropping 1 or 2 Gandalf for the ubiquitous but ever cheesy Steward of Gondor
