This deck uses the mechanics of Vilya/Elrond + Gandalf, adapting it with my current card pool in progression style (cycle 6).
As the threat level of both heroes is high, I chose Merry as the 3rd hero in order to reduce the threat as soon as an enemy is revealed from the encounter deck.
Other cards serve to reduce the threat:
Thanks to A Burning Brand, Elrond can deal with enemy attacks.
Narya can boost other allies in defense and attack.
Daeron's Runes and Legolas allow you to draw additional cards.
