This is the deck I used to defeat The Ghost of Framsburg.

Victory display tricks for this notorious quest is a good idea. There are tales of this quest going 30+ rounds as players attempt to discover the third clue needed to win the game.

There is however, a secret way to win. Use Out of the Wild and Risk Some Light to find Fram's Shade and put him in the victory display while on stage 1. You might need Shadow of the Past to push him back into the encounter deck. Once he is in the VD you do NOT need to find the 3rd clue to win the game.

This, actually....makes this quest quite fun! It's a mini-game within the game you are playing.

The three lore hobbits keep your threat low and let you use secrecy cards and Good Meal to help pay for expensive events.

@TheChadDo you have plans to use a Dale deck during the Wilds of Rhovanion expansion? Would love to see your take on a Dale deck.

@ahez20 thank you, you will not have to wait long! The next quest is where I show Dale in all of its glory. Dale is kind of like Outlands, it is so powerful I thought I only needed to show it once in the series. I used a Dale deck to beat every scenario in this cycle when it was being released. I'm really excited for the next video, it turned out really well in my opinion. Thanks for watching!
