this is a different horse-supportdeck.
in the first line its support Glorfindel. (MotK) Bob fetches Asfaloth and when Glorfindel get Thorongil he has +1 willpower +1 attack, togther with the tacticabilities he get up to 8 attack.
Elfhelm with Armored Destrier is a solid defender.
its better in multiplayer. depending on what your allies need fill the deck up with the sideboard and spam horses to whoever want some.
try to keep in secrecy with Elrond's Counsel and Gandalf you have 9 allies and 3 attachements that gain benefit from it.
playing solo feel free to add some signs or weapons and reduce horses.
