First tentative for a "Dunedain" deck. I'm a "first age" player, but i missed a lot of the main cycle of the first wave. I discovered Angmar and the Dunedain drillbit with the revised edition, AND I LOVE IT!

As the Dunedain teach the main feature of the deck works best with "some" enemies engaged (some = 2/3) using the main blocker of the line (Amarthiúl in the beginning, but the Derndingle Warrior surcalls our rich dunedain sooner or later) to maintain the bonus of the deck.

BENEFIT: if you can mantain 2 enemies engaged, without losing to them, Halbarad go questing untap (and with the Celebrían's Stone he is a "quest Dreadnought) and Amarthiúl can pay for the tactic cards too, and take 2 coin for turn.

Aragorn is here mainly for theme, imho, and for a very good combat set (3 attack, -1 defence to any enemy, can maintain the engaged board cleaner, if too much people lined up) and can keep enemy engaged (with Sword of Númenoris even better).

My fav card in the deck is Ranger of Cardolan, "core gandalf" feeling, but it came in and out of the deck, if you use his response, for a 1cost you have an ally in game with statistics like Beravor that can help parry or say something, even questing if your use Son of Arnor to engage an enemy in the planning phase and pay to enter the ranger from your hand.

It is a test, i'm not a very pro player (and sorry for my crappy english too, i'm not an english mother tongue either :) )but i tried it some times with the core adventures and the mirkwood ones, and i've got a blast.
