Carder89 has a newer deck inspired by this one: Team Aragorn tDM
This deck features a lot of questing power and location control.
Aragorn (with Celebrían's Stone), Éowyn, Faramir and Escort from Edoras power through The Hills of Emyn Muil quest quite quickly.
Furthermore, Northern Tracker, Lórien Guide, and the new The Riddermark's Finest clear all the locations in short order. Get your Ancient Mathoms out, use their effect and then get them back with Dwarven Tomb or Second Breakfast.
The Dwarven Tomb is also useful to get back A Test of Will, because their are quite a few treacheries that deal damage to your characters.
