My version of an Outlands build. while Prince Imrahil is more thematic, Eleanor isn't unthematic and her Treachery cancellation and lower starting threat were critical to my success in the Against the Shadow cycle. She can defend in a pinch, too. Théodred, while less thematic might be a better substitute for Eleanor since he has built in resource generation (but Eleanor's Treachery cancellation is so clutch at times).
Obviously the key here is to get Steward in the opening hand an onto Hirluin so he can start pushing out allies and take advantage of the global boosts. An early Taking Initiative can help, too. Some cards I didn't include, like A Very Good Tale, would be obvious but I didn't have access to the cards at the time.
If replacing Eleanor with Theodred, consider pulling the Ancient Mathom and The Galadhrim's Greeting for Lord of Morthond and additional copies of Faramir and Sword of Morthond. If A Very Good Tale is present, sub for Taking Initiative.
