piranesi has a newer deck inspired by this one: Sneaky Hobbit Queen Rosie
The idea here is to find Rosie Cotton with Raise the Shire and make her a hero with Sword-thain and then boost her with CelebrÃan's Stone, Song of Hope, Friend of Friends and some events. When she gets Fast Hitch she can use her to let Sam Gamgee quest or defend for loads of points or give Merry (he has 4 already thanks to her being an extra hero) the strength he needs to oneshot enemies while dual wielding the Dagger of Westernesse.
