Made by shamelessly copying and then tweaking the deck that Matt Newman ran during the Team Covenant playthrough of Murder at the Prancing Pony. I've been wanting to have a go at a Rossiel shenanigans deck for a while, but it hasn't worked out too well in 2-player so far. However, 4-player games seem to give a bit of extra leeway - you can focus on one thing as long as the other three players are able to pick up the slack. Since this is for the Prancing Pony quest, there are a few important card choices. Thrór's Key is included to try to get around Market Square turning off the Northern Tracker's in one of the other decks. That will be the main target for Leave No Trace as well, since location lock looked like one of the big problems that the original group faced. Another problem was threat reduction - Song of Eärendil, included in the Hero Gandalf deck, is going to be played on this deck, as well as including The Galadhrim's Greeting. Keen as Lances is in the heavy weapons deck, since it's got no other threat reduction. I decided to include West Road Traveller to help with avoiding travel effects, as well as a decent amount of quest power, and Ithilien Tracker instead of Ithilien Lookout because ultimately I think the threat reduction will be worth more than a one-time effect and one willpower. There are some high willpower enemies in the Prancing Pony, and the amount we'll be drawing from the encounter deck means there's a decent chance of catching one with the Tracker.
