The goal of this deck is to maximize the use of The Riddermark's Finest. Since it is a creature it can be discounted to 0 with Radagast's Staff, allowing you to play one every turn. Since it uniquely has both the Creature and Rohan traits, either type of ally can be pulled out of your deck with Thengel's ability, hence why this deck is packed with high cost Creature and Rohan allies. The Wizards's Voice pipe will let you set up something from your hand for Thengel's ability. Meneldor and Breath of Arda increase the location control ability of the deck. Éowyn is a good quester and provides early game attack since this deck usually takes a while to set up. At a minimum, you will need Radagast's Staff, Gamling, and the star of the show, The Riddermark's Finest.
I'm still making tweaks to the deck, notably it needs more card draw. I'm thinking of eliminating 2x Westfold Horse-breeder for 2x Deep Knowledge. I'm publishing this now as-is since I used it in a 2-handed fellowship to defeat The Siege of Erebor for the QotW.
