Simplicity itself! This is the second deck I've built with the new Ered Mithrin hero expansion and it really is such an engine the Dale archetype has. With Brand and Bard's abilities, a ratcheting up of the board state with a steady flow of allies and attachments should be easy to achieve. I initially had Lanwyn as my third hero, but threat reduction was a weakness and Galadriel fixed that straightaway, as well as boosting the already-potent allies in a Dale deck. I managed my first-ever win against Shadow and Flame with this deck and it went exactly as planned! In an opening hand, King of Dale is the key card you're looking for. Nenya can be good too, depending on the quest, although in the case of Shadow and Flame, it was Galadriel's ability that was more useful. Getting King of Dale and another attachment on Brand early on can make it possible to bring in multiple allies per turn and then to boost them massively. You will be amazed at how strong your board state is in a few turns. Playing free attachments Bow of Yew, Grey Cloak and Round Shield will confer benefits in themselves – and many of the allies in this deck get specific boosts from any attachment at all. However, they will also give you a lot of early card draw, as you look for Traffic from Dale to keep your economy ticking over. Guardian of Esgaroth and Redwater Sentry give you peace of mind about the one nervous aspect when you first look at Dale, the squishy heroes. Brand and Bard can then be used for questing or attack rather than defence. The North Realm Lookout and Rhovanion Outrider are great questers too. Long Lake Fisherman is good to see as he helps you dig into your deck for whatever you feel you are missing, but you should find you are able to build up your board state so quickly in general. I don't have the Outlands box but this really is a deck in a box that FFG have put together with Dale in Ered Mithrin.
