A different kind of location control deck. Taking all the sources of immediate progress from the Silvan and Rohan traits. Certainly won't have the same long term blanket exploring ability of a deck with multiple Northern Trackers, but if you just want to strategically nuke certain specific locations, this deck can do a lot for that between Snowbourn Scout, The Riddermark's Finest, Woodland Courier, Hithlain and Ride to Ruin. With Gamling and Feigned Voices you can recycle some of the allies to repeat the effects on another location later in the game as well. We also have O Lórien! and Théoden so we can get allies out quicker and easier, and between Celeborn for the Silvans and Galadriel in general we can get some good use out of them.
