A deck which underlines the specificites of Balin's Response.
Unlike Erkenbrand, Balin does not need to defend himself before he's triggering its cancelling effect, and he can use it against several attacks in the same phase. Therefore he's a nice kind of Dunedain support.
Attach to him The One Ring, Power of Command, Strider, Steward of Gondor and Dwarven Shield ; use Faramir for speeding up the exploration, Erestor for getting out the duplicates and drawing (alongside with Timely Aid, A Very Good Tale, Sarn Ford Sentry, We Are Not Idle). If the engagements go wrong, think to Andrath Guardsman.
Do not hesitate to soon play A Very Good Tale, since the events and attachements are often available here in three copies, or simply tend to boost the draw or resources.
