This deck is part of a two-deck Fellowship used to play The Uruk-hai for the Cardboard of the Rings Quest of the Week.
The Fellowship description contains details of the quest playthrough and campaign mode information.
Here we follow the path of the Three Hunters chasing down Saruman's Uruk-hai. The quest features challenging Uruk-hai enemies, captive heroes, and subtle enchantments that hinder your progress.
As a campaign deck, the hero choices were largely already made. Glorfindel joins Sam Gamgee and Pippin, although the latter is a captive and won't be taking an active role.
This deck is trying to achieve a few things. Firstly, some capable questing allies, a somewhat challenging prospect with this sphere combination, hence the recruitment of the thematically questionable Steward of Orthanc. There's also some card draw/support type cards in Campfire Tales and Feint, and finally tools for slaying Uruk-hai. Glorfindel already starts off strongly here, and he's also the Fellowship's only access to the sphere, bringing along some handy weapons to share with the other heroes.
