This is an RCO deck with no restrictions across the RCO card pool.
The goal of this deck is to maintain a very low threat and avoid mandatory engagements, primarily by using your optional engagement to bring down an enemy and bounce it back to staging with Fastred each round. Dúnhere allows you to clear enemies directly from staging, and Éowyn both provides excellent early game questing as well as an emergency button if a big enemy that Dúnhere can't handle appears. Be sure to leave a weak enemy alive in staging each round to bounce back next time.
Fastred wants a copy of Gondorian Shield as quickly as possible, with Golden Shield and Captain of Gondor providing additional defense. Shadow cancellation with Sterner than Steel, mitigation with Tides of Fate, or damage cancellation with Honour Guard should provide him with the necessary longevity for the game. Giving him readying, preferably with Magic Ring, but Unexpected Courage will do, is a priority to handle any time that you wind up with multiple enemies engaged with you.
Dúnhere is the primary attacker for the deck. Getting him two copies of Spear of the Mark is critical, but Dagger of Westernesse will usually do if your card draw is unlucky. You'll want at least one copy of Unexpected Courage to allow him to attack multiple enemies in staging each turn.
Éowyn is primarily here for willpower, but Snowmane and a pair of Dagger of Westernesse allow her to support combat as well. Setting her up is the last priority after Fastred and Dúnhere.
