This is the deck based on Seastan Legimlivor
Seastan Strategy:
Get Steward of Gondor on Legolas. Legolas's wealth will able you to fuel the constant cycling of Elven-light to Legolas's ability and to boost Gimli's defense using Protector of Lórien. This allows Gimli to safely defend and trigger The Day's Rising, which with Heir of Mardil and Armored Destrier will enable him to defend many times.
Eladieiro strategy improvement: Gimli defense is not enough to defense all attacks without taking damage. As Beravor resources are not used to much Ioreth can heal Gimli. At the end-game Gimli will have enough attachments to defend without taking damage and you can use each turn Rumour from the Earth
To boost Gimli defense Heir of Mardil is a cheap card. To avoid get out of resources with Gimli to ready Legolas you can use Errand-rider or Unlikely Friendship to get extra resources with Gimli or wait for the turn when no attack is necessary
To solve 2x of some cards Gather Information is added. Also Master of the Forge can help to find the 2x attachments or 3x that are the key cards for the deck
