allover benefit, you can wait until staging is done to decide wich allies you want to play and go more for questing or fighting

benefits of my version:

• silvans are cheaper than dunedain
• have come into playeffects
• can be discounted by O Lórien!

strategy: use Faunith abilty as much as you can

uses of the contract:

• try to get an The Eagles Are Coming! and use it to get a decent amount of cards
• if questing is heavy needed and you will play some eagles this round use it on Celeborn
• mostly it will be used on Faunith to get his benefit for silvans too

in rarely situations it can be used for

• Feigned Voices with an eagle
• Flight of the Eagles with an silvan
• O Lórien! to make an eagle cheaper (Eagles of the Misty Mountains can be reduced to 2 with contract)
• Hidden Roosts with a silvan
• Host of Galadhrim so it work for eagles too

special with Faunith

• Galadhon Archer additional damage
• Galion at no cost, quests for 2 or deal 1 damage and perhaps save a live with Feigned Voices in combat. can be repeated consider take him 2 or 3 times
• Rúmil at least 2 additional dmg (thx to legolas) but mostly more

if an enemy is angaged from the start add Feint
