This deck uses Hirgon to play chump blockers and boost Éomer this way.
I'm very impressed what mono tactics can do these days, with card draw from Legolas and Steward of Orthanc, questing heroes like Éowyn and Hirgon and even the ability to make a big quest push with The Free Peoples.
An interesting deck! One thing that surprised me was seeing Elven Jeweler - I guess you must be drawing enough to make it work?
