Sep 01, 2025Thx for reply, Sure this deck it's is eavily geared towards location control and it would be good only for certain scenarios. The main aim is get all those guarded cards into play in order to get the extra locations, and avoid to travel them when possible. But sure it is a bit of a mixed bag right now. You need to travel to some and clear some in staging. Ultimately, It's also about trying and use different heroes or messengers, when possible. Thx for good feedback. Food for thought. |
Sep 01, 2025i think it would be better with Glorfindel + Asfaloth instead of (MotK) SĂșlien |
I feel like there's a bit of conflict between heroes. Aragorn, (MotK) SĂșlien, Northern Tracker, and Rhovanion Outrider are all there to control locations in the staging area, so you don't really need to travel and get an active location, and if your board state gets set up enough I don't think you'll be doing much traveling. Haldan only benefits from active locations (both having one and exploring them). What about Glorfindel with Asfaloth? It still gets you that lore sphere, and your deck would hardly need any changes.
