Twins/Halbarad build for Dol Guldur. Meant to be played with Dol Guldur fellowship for victory display abuse of Keen as Lances. Halbarad let's both of the twins get maximum usage of their abilities, while protecting other decks (especially Haldir from engagements).
Revealed in Wrath is your tech card for the Host if it doesn't get pulled by Out of the Wild from the Rossiel Deck. Elven Mail provides HP cushion to the somewhat squishy elrohir, and Shield makes him a 5 defense sentinel defender for the whole field. Naith Guide helps you quest with the twins and have them ready for combat, and path of need for the crazy late game emergency push. Golden Shield is included as a 1 of to toss onto Theoden in the Rohan Deck.
Ranger of Cardolan was included as an aside, it is an emergency body that can help you but if there are any suggestions that might be better than him I would be glad to hear. Last thing, Dunedain Hunter can be a little risky in this quest, but the extra body, speed of setup and chance of pulling a surge warg is too good to pass up.
If you're just using Ranger of Cardolan as an emergency chump defense, I would imagine a simple Feint would serve just as well. Or, on a larger scale, I've found The Wizards's Voice to be quite useful for this quest.
