Since The Free Peoples was released, I've wanted to build a deck which uses it. Unfortunately, it is impossible to have all 9 traits just with heroes, but with them you can get 8 different traits, which means that with just one ally you'l get all 9.

There are several combinations of heroes to get it, but the one I'm playing, even having just 7 traits, is the one that fits better to my deck idea. The hero lineup and the idea to reach 9 different traits just with Bill the Pony is based in this deck.

The main idea of the deck is to have lots of readying effects. Treebeard, Cram, Knight of Dale, Strength of Arms, The Free Peoples and even Greenwood Archer, Naith Guide or Armored Destrier have all readying effects, or allow you to do things without bowing.

As The Free Peoples grants a massive stats bonus, we want to have the biggest army possible, in order to take most possible advantage of it, that's why I also put A Very Good Tale in the deck. And one thing leads to another... if we have a great army, Faramir is also a great card for the deck.

Tome of Atanatar and Second Breakfast grants us some recursion for Strength of Arms or Sneak Attack (used mainly with Gandalf but also useful with Greenwood Archer's.

This is just my first brainstorming, but I tested in one game of OCTGN and it was succesfull against Massing at Osgiliath without any problems, it was a very easy game, killing Nazgul the same round it hit the table, and running accross the last stage of the quest commiting about 30 WP to the mission.

Still have to tweak it, and I think that this kind of deck will really shine in multiplayer rather than solo, but it looks like a solid and fun to play one.
