This deck has two missions; to avoid encountering the terrible enemies in Voices of Isengard and to have such low cost cards so that it can clear its hand constantly.
As a deck, it needs to have A Test of Will and The Galadhrim's Greeting. The Fast Hitch let the Hobbits quest like crazy, while the Unexpected Courage are to play on other people's characters.
It is unlikely that I would use Folco Boffin's power, since he is my only character. I might swap Pippin for Pippin, and then use Merry instead of Folco Boffin.
I will see how this deck goes.
