The nuts in this deck is first turn Zigil Miner and Imladris Stargazer, then fail the quest for a one-cost Bofur and Well-Equipped a Sword-thain on him. Toss in an Emery to hopefully discard some allies. Second turn, you can Miner/Discard a couple more big dudes for resources to play Prince Imrahil and pop Caldara for four allies. Map of Earnil and Fortune or Fate let you do this some more. Your second Well-Equipped can occasionally find Silver Harp or Map for the Bofur. If you can't manage to Well-Equipped onto Bofur or Dwalin, you should have enough resources to play it. Use Mirror of Galadriel to find things you don't want to discard, such as A Test of Will and Hasty Stroke, or to initially set up the combo.
For unique allies that can't be played, sub in Rhovanion Outrider or Galadriel's Handmaiden.
