This is my revised Beorn deck (v3)
Beorn defends/attacks
Bilbo Baggins is present mainly for the card draw and questing. He can sometimes be used for defending or attacking. Halfling Determination, Fast Hitch and Protector of Lórien are really good attachments for him.
Pippin is used to quest and to make it harder for enemies to attack you. His ability also helps with card draw.
Use the Honour Guards and Dori to keep Beorn alive. Attach Self Preservation to these characters if you can. Since these allies will probably eventually die, attach the Horn of Gondor to whoever has the most songs.
Plan B is to use Landroval to rescue Beorn if necessary. You can use the Elf-stone to make it easier to buy Landroval.
