This is the list I used to defeat The Dead Marshes Nightmare mode solo one-handed. I played progression style, meaning I only used cards available at release according to this list.
The idea of the deck is to rapidly deploy willpower early to survive both questing and escape tests. However, it may be optimal to let Gollum go early depending on your opening hand. If you can use doomed to rapidly ramp, then you could win quickly with Gollum in play, although it didn't play out that way for me. Otherwise you should be able to build a board that meets all challenges while waiting for Gollum to return to play, in which case you should ditch most of your doomed cards to Daeron's Runes and King Under the Mountain.
Glóin gets Steward of Gondor, Dúnedain Warning, and A Burning Brand once he has Narvi's Belt. Éowyn gets willpower boosters and at least the first Unexpected Courage. Pippin makes the most sense to carry the Dúnedain Mark. Saruman is useful for the final escape test as well as preventing location lock.
Once Éowyn has a few resources and Glóin is fully equipped it is safe to use Steed of the Mark to quest and save the last Unexpected Courage for Glóin.
Enjoy!
