A mono tactics deck based on one hand on making the most of Grimbeorn the Old ability to handle both sides of the combat and on the other hand on paying for the eagles cost thanks to Hirgon's discount. (here used instead of Mablung as in the previous version). Éowyn provides questing power to help activate Hirgon's ability and acts as a boss killer.
The eagle part of the deck has the usual allies, attachment and events you can expect for them, with a focus on bouncing them back. I prefered to include a single copy of the unique allies for flavour reasons. Radagast is there mainly to try to play an unused card.
Secret Vigil is there for threat management, Legolas handles the card draw (there were too few weapons to make Foe-Hammer consistent in my opinion) and Sterner than Steel defends againt the nasty shadow effects.
I left out of the deck the Eagle of the North so they don't affect the draw simulator but of course they are included in the deck.
