What the song probably doesn't get across is that this deck is usually played in multiplayer as kind of a casual but potent member of the fellowship.

It could probably be closer to optimal by looking at the attachment numbers (trading out Entangling Nets for more Hauberk of Mail and Ent Draught, for example) and adjusting the numbers for unique allies (Skinbark and Quickbeam) to meet the needs of a particular quest.

Yes, @RegisF. Having the extra defense is nice, and the extra hit point will let him fire off the special ability with a little more wiggle room when you want to.

The first turn can be a little iffy, but Mablung is a real earner as soon as you can interact with enemies.
The Dúnedain Hunter can give you a resource in the planning phase, meaning you can then afford Booming Ent or Derndingle Warrior.
Alternatively, an Errand-rider can smooth the first turn by consolidating your or to afford the afore-mentioned Ents or else Wandering Ent, Quickbeam, or Warden of Healing.
Plus a couple Wealth of Gondor can give you a or in a pinch.
If you want to tweak my build to add Steward of Gondor then you could (not sure exactly what you'd cut), but I've found you're rarely hurting to pay for things, especially once Treebeard is also online to pay for your Ents.
