Depending on the scenario, this deck has problems with questing or having high threat. High threat is easily solved by sneaking in Gandalf and using him to reduce the threat by 5, maybe even twice if need be.
Problems with questing are not that easily solved - combined base willpower of all three heroes is only 6, so questing is a struggle at the first couple of rounds. Faramir makes that easier, but he's expensive and Steward of Gondor is a prerequisite basically. So the earliest time you could play him is round 3.
If I had access to Sword that was Broken I think it would help with questing a lot. For emergency situations, Idraen can be swapped for Arwen Undómiel or Éowyn. I've removed some cards to make room for Galadriel, she can fetch key attachments and quest for a round which is super important for early rounds with this deck.
Blood of Númenor can be included to solve defensive problems, all heroes have defence value of 2 so they need some help with that.
