Still not totally refined, but this is my actual Fellowship Deck.

If you are lucky, you can flip your contract on second round. Sacrificing Caldara, once you have Prince Imrahil in play, means that you'll get 2 additional characters into play. Having Narya, and with a A Very Good Tale... this puts you into 8 characters. You just need another cheap ally (probably Emery) and you already are at 9. Also, you can easily reach it by drawing 2 copies of A Very Good Tale, but this is a little hardest.

What I find an interesting thing playing this deck, is that you have some allies which you can sacrifice to get some benefit (Derufin, Damrod), allowing you to substitute them for better allies if you draw them once your Fellowship is flipped to its B side.

Far from being the best Fellowship deck, or the best Caldara deck, it combines some things of both decks, being very fun to play, and quite powerful.

Nice deck, you could also add Glorfindel as another very good ally (and another source of card discard)

Oups, it really is in the deck. I should have move it to the sideboard by error.

Used a slightly different (1 core set cheapskate) version of this deck and it absolutely tore through Danger in Dorwinion. My introduction to Caldara and I really liked it. Great deck wehehe.

With just one core, you don't really lose much. Unexpected Courages are just to have more probabilities to get a readying effect for CIrdan, and with them I can stay at just one copy of the unique Light of Valinor, the second copy of Dwarven Tomb can easily be replaced by the third Map of Earnil, and the third copy of A Test of Will can be anything else. (like the copy of Glorfindel that I accidentally put into sideboard instead of the main deck).

For sure, this is not the most powerful Caldara deck you can play. Also for sure, it isn't the most powerful Fellowship deck, but it works quite well, and it's very fun to play with. Glad to see you liked it !
