This deck is not creative at all, it is a crowdsourced Strider deck.

I looked at all the decks with Strider and Folco Boffin to see what the most used heroes were with those cards. The most used heroes were Éowyn and Haldir of Lórien. I found decks from seven creators that used Strider with those two heroes, but two of the decks were low-ally Eowyn/Haldir/spirit combos, not a Folco-compatible deck. I analyzed the remaining five decks to see what cards they used for this combination.

To turn my analysis into a deck, I used the median deck card count to apportion card slots to the most popular choices in each category, trying to use the most popular count for each individual card until I ran out of space. I also limited the cards to a single core set.

The end result should be a stereotypical Folco/Haldir/Eowyn deck -- one that only includes cards that others have used the most (by percentage, not raw count) in their own decks with this lineup. If you want the experience of trying a Strider deck, this may be a good fit -- and if it's not, don't blame me, blame the committee!

With TaEowyn's discount this deck starts at 21 threat, meaning you can't get a discount on Resourceful until you discard Folco (or use Vanish from Sight). I generally look for Strider or Wingfoot with a weapon in my opening hand, and discard Folco only when I have Resourceful in hand. Ideally you don't engage enemies much and can snipe them with Haldir, but Strider on Eowyn with Golden Shield allows her to quest and defend, while Wingfoot can be used to ready Haldir when an enemy comes out.
