The Purple Wizard 1195
This is my deck for the epic multiplayer attempt on Dol Goldur tonight.
Regular Noldor heroes here, with allies focused on questing. I'm hoping to get one out each turn, hopefully two on one, and flip the contract in the fifth round. Not the fastest Fellowship out there but steady and very good at questing while building up.
The mulligan is definitely for To the Sea, to the Sea!. Daeron's Runes and Heed the Dream are there to help me find it if it's not in my first hand. Beyond that, Heed the Dream is either discard fodder or can help somebody else out with card draw.
Lots of location control here, as the locations in this quest call for lots of tech to handle.
Reforged grabs Steward of Gondor when it can, and otherwise recycles Thror's Map, Thrór's Key, or one of another deck's Explorer's Almanac.
Silver Harps can save an unused A Test of Will and The Door is Closed! from being discarded at the end of the round so we have them when we need them.
I've never built a Círdan the Shipwright deck without Narya before, but it just didn't feel necessary here. Our fellowship isn't relying on allies for much combat and Beorn in another deck is a great safety valve for unexpected attacks.
