The House of Durin

A king he was on carven throne

In many-pillared halls of stone

With golden roof and silver floor,

And runes of power upon the door.

Why choose one king when you can get three ?

You can't have seven rings so your goal is just to get seven dwarfs (Fili, Kili, Gimli and Glóin), all members of the noble House of Durin.

As a remembering of the old friendship between the people of Khazad-dûm and Eregion, some Noldor are going to help you, alongside Tharkûn.

Would probably be great in a dwarf fellowship (bonus points if there are your cousins Dwalin and Óin in it !)

Playing the deck

Look for Fili ou Galadriel in your opening hand

Erestor will take care your duplicates

Galadriel can setup your Well-Equipped and King Under the Mountain

Sneak Attack Gandalf in, Reinforcements him and Elrond. Repeat until victory :-)

You get 10 bonus points if you get rich enough to play the full cost of Brok.

It's a thematic deck so we prefer the nice beard of a Resourceful but feel free to insert a Steward of Gondor if you are... greedy.

You might consider some copies of The King's Return to find and play more easily the restricted attachments,

To be honest the restricted attachments are mostly here as decorations and not really needed for the deck to perform well (Magic Ring would probably be better as Ring of Thrór)

Beetwen Galadriel, Gandalf, Erestor, King under the Mountain, Well-equiped and WANI it's not so hard to find a specific attachment (the deck empties itself under 10 rounds).

In my opinion the main advantage of The King's Return is not in fishing out the attachment, but in the fact that you can play the event after the quest resolution, so that the card guarding the attachment doesn't interfere with questing.

And yes Ring of Thrór would be quite good on Dáin Ironfoot.
