A First Attempt at a deck for the Black Riders.
Éowyn is the main quester - and generally the deck is trying to stay at an extremely low threat using Smoke Rings, The Galadhrim's Greeting , Gandalf with Sneak Attack - and transfer this into resource generation with Steward of Gondor and Resourceful.
I haven't put a whole lot of thought into the ally/event make-up, so any tips would be much appreciated!
This deck was built from 2 Cores, Khazad-dum, The two Hobbit Boxes, The Black Riders, Watcher in the Water, Shadow and Flame, A Journey to Rhosgobel, Conflict at the Carrock and Return to Mirkwood.
