Imladris Stargazer is very important, she allows Vilya to work properly, and Well-Equipped in the other deck.
Erebor Record Keeper is used to ready the Dwarven Heroes.
Elrond will have Steward of Gondor from the other deck to help with resources. Remember you can pay to re-use Warden of Healing. A Burning Brand goes on Glóin once he has Narvi's Belt.
