You could consider adding Folco Boffin to start, then immediately discarding him. This way you'll have a Hero in the discard pile and Prince Imrahil will become a hero once you play him. Cool deck!

Love the idea! To the comment above, you need Folco for the Imrahil/Dol Amroth Combo to work, but tbh I don’t think you need it. I would add:

2 Unexpected Courage 2 Strider 2 Narya

I would remove

Imrahil Prince of Dol Amroth Elf-helm 3x Celduin Traveler

You won’t lack questing in this deck and giving both Galadriel and Hirluin Action advantage can always be helpful.

@SubwayTolkienI purposefully left out Unexpected Courage and Nenya because I have overused that combo. Personally, I think a buffed up outlands Imrahil provides more options than having Galadriel's for questing. Strider would be an excellent addition for Hirluin the Fair in the early game, but truthfully it is unnecessary in most cases due to the sheer number of buffed allies you'll get out with this deck.
