This is the questing half of my "Theoden's Secret Army" Fellowship. It should be questing hard, handling troublesome locations, and providing a little support for the hobbit deck of the fellowship.

The Heroes

Éowyn's just a big injection of willpower as always.

Théoden does his thing making Rohan allies cheaper, while also providing enough and to give you some enemy-handling capabilities.

Frodo Baggins is an attachment target for the hobbit deck so you can lower their threat with Renewed Friendship, but also a serviceable quester, and an emergency damage-sink in case the hobbit deck fails to engage all of the enemies.

The Allies

Most of the allies here are picked for their and their Rohan trait (to take advantage of Théoden).

And Bofur is here because I'd just unwrapped him and I like him in theory, but you'll have to consciously reduce your willpower output for a round to get him down for 1 resource, and at the risk of increasing the threat of the hobbit deck, which is usually best avoided.

The Attachments

Most of the attachments here are fairly self-explanatory. The two worth talking about are Good Meal, which mostly exists to help Sam Gamgee from the other deck to still afford Timely Aid while above 20 threat, and Hobbit Pipe, which I liked purely for the theme of this fellowship, but brings nothing to the table and should really be switched out.

The Events

The events are a mix of your usual auto-includes, and some extra location control.

Renewed Friendship was my "I want to use my new Redhorn Gate cards" inclusion here, and if played early enough can help keep the hobbit deck in secrecy territory.
