Truck 1480

This is my first try at a Valour deck. This deck actually doesn't have any Valour cards, but it does have Angbor, Valiant Sword Shining Shield and Need Drives Them. There really isn't much of a plan, just try to play Pillars of the Kings ASAP, and get the contract flipped.

nice idea combine fellowship with 40+ shenanigans, but i would optimize a little bit, take more than 14 allies, flip contract in the last round does not help much

would discard:

  • fresh tracks
  • rumour from earth
  • timely aid
  • protector of lorien (you do not have this much carddraw)

fill the lacking cards to 50 with:

  • shield
  • Daeron's Runes
  • deep knowledge
  • drinking song
  • more unique allies

depends on testing what is the optimal mixture of uniques allies and green cards for carddraw/cardexchange

@doomguard This deck was built to be paired with Wandering Lord of Imladris, I should have said that in the description, I'll include a link at the end of this comment.

Fresh Tracks could go, that was left in from version one in which I used Éomer. Rumour from the Earth was for looking at the encounter deck in case I wanted to use Denethor's effect. Timely aid could go. Protector of Lórien isn't that bad, there might be extra uniques, or uniques I won't be able to play, and Gildor does provide decent card draw.

As for adding cards, the other Shining Shield is over in the other deck, along with The Runes. Don't have Deep Knowledge or Drinking Song.

All good suggestions, but I don't have a few of the replacements, and this is paired with another deck, my bad for not saying that in the description.

i think the outlandsversion will get more in the end, because it is not restricted to 9 characters. the outlands alone are 20 (with hirluin and forlong) and 10 of them have a startingwillpower of 1. in addition every use of faramir increase by up to 20 not 9.
