That's a lovely hobbit deck!

i would either add Daeron's Runes or dilute a bit the number of copies of each unique. As it is you would draw second or third copies of uniques way too often.

Drinking Song is also a must in any hobbit deck if you have it, it's essentially a free mulligan.

The Shirefolk is also a staple, and it triggers your Hobbit Pipes.

So is Fast Hitch if you have it, it is amazing especially on Merry or Sam Gamgee.

Without any sidequest in the deck you cannot use Halfling Bounder's ability.

would make slight adjustments and you can do a Fellowship deck.

would take gaffer insted of halfling bounder and add Odo Proudfoot then you will stay completely in theme
