I am not entirely sure what kind of sick combos can be done with this (I am looking at Knight of Belfalas or Soldier of Gondor), but the preliminary idea is to just utilize Lothiriel and Imrahil to get Eagle allies in and out of play. I especially like seeing Meneldor and Descendant of Thorondor coming in and out of play in a single phase, for one cost or free. I have a feeling Lothiriel will be swimming in cash, so I figured I'd just use her resources for treachery cancelation and threat reduction.

The Last Alliance is not able to change the traits of a character, so you cannot use Prince Imrahil or Lothíriel to put Eagles in play.

I think this deck still has lots of potential especially with Soldier of Gondor and Knight of Belfalast. You can also put some Squires under Eagle of the Misty Mountain. You may want to swap Imrahil with another hero. Maybe Hirgon or even L Boromir.

If you got In Service of the Steward on Lothíriel or Prince Imrahil then you could switch Gondor on that with eagle.
