DoctorWhomst 21
A lot of people have been showing their "Best Deck" recently. I've put out what I'd consider my best deck already with Gandalf Takes the Ring, but this is what I've been playing a lot recently.
This deck focuses on getting out allies quickly, and keeping yourself from threating out, both of which it does very well.
The allies come out through Vilya and Elrond's ability to play allies from any sphere.
Arwen Undómiel has one of the best abilities in the entire game, getting more resources on Elrond for more allies, and obviously her excellent synergy with Elven-light, which boosts your card draw to the moon. Protector of Lórien and Imladris Caregiver boost the card draw even more, while giving you excellent benefits as a bonus.
One of the weird plays this deck uses is Song of Wisdom and A Burning Brand on Beregond. As much as it would seem unlikely to draw both of these cards, it happens basically every game for me, and really gives Beregond the boost he needs to go from the best defender to just ridiculous defense capability.
Elrond and Denethor are backup defenders if you really need them, and they can both get a Shining Shield to get them to very good defenders as well.
The threat reduction in this deck is quite good. I've finished games with threat as low as low 30s and lower, all the way down to only 2 threat at the very end.
I hope you like this deck, and if you have any suggestions, please let me know! Good luck, have fun, and may the cards be ever in your favor.

Is Will of the West really that important instead of, say, Unexpected Courage or Light of Valinor?
