Pirate Brahm 1062
I wanted to create a bit of a twist on my Noldor deck (http://ringsdb.com/decklist/view/2154/down-the-shore-down-the-shore-2-0-2.0) using the resouce synergy between hero Arwen Undómiel and Aragorn, but keeping Erestor's card draw. What finally made it work was adding Captain's Wisdom and Gaining Strength for the resource smoothing the deck sorely needed.
Use Arwen's ability to add a resource to the hero who needs it, then play Gaining Strength to bring them up to 3. That can get out Galadriel if you're looking for a missing attachment. Captain's Wisdom combos well with Heir of Mardil, or can be used on Arwen after she's committed to the quest with Light of Valinor to provide some resources for A Test of Will.
In a good first turn, you can get Gandalf into play with Narya, but most of the time you're going to want to find To the Sea, to the Sea! to get those big Noldor allies down for cheap.
Don't worry too much about threat gain from Gandalf. You'll be recurring Elrond's Counsel plenty of times using Will of the West.
With so many powerful unique allies, I don't see this deck being too popular with group play, but it should pair nicely with combat-focused decks. Might I suggest one of my other decks? (http://ringsdb.com/decklist/view/2302/arboromir-3.0) or (http://ringsdb.com/decklist/view/1870/lost-in-the-forest-2.0)
I just realized this deck sorely lacks Elven-light, so feel free to sub those in.
