A deck built around secrecy and avoiding as many of the location tests in this quest as possible. Eleanor's primary purpose is cancelling the abundant "when revealed"s, Bilbo Baggins is to draw cards, and Háma is there because he is the hero of this adventure pack. That said, his ability to pull tactic event cards out of the discard pill is pretty handy. Unseen Strike is particularly deadly with this crew.
With a low starting threat, try and get the threat below 20 to take advantage of the secrecy cards. Gandalf, The Galadhrim's Greeting, Elrond's Counsel, and Needful to Know can all be used to lower threat. Try Resourceful onto Bilbo first, then Eleanor. Our hero's are lacking in . Getting Arwen Undómiel early really helps, but don't be surprised if you eat some threat in the early going.
