A fun mono-tactics Hobbit deck. (MotK) Pippin is the star here -- he can quest every round and usually be ready to attack back as well, so load him up with Sting, Dagger of Westernesse, and Support of the Eagles. Use Grip/Wolf/Fang to fetch Meneldor early to keep your questing off to a good start -- Bilbo Baggins can actually help pull his weight here, as well, so long as there's an enemy in staging.
Other tricks:
Use Breath of Arda to clear out locations and/or enemies with Meneldor and Descendant of Thorondor. Don't forget to trigger Hidden Roosts when you do! If you've got a bunch of Eagles in your discard pile, Gwaihir can save you from a sudden glut of engaged enemies.
Use Beorning Skin-changer to quest, then get a free Giant Bear or Beorn for combat.
Load up the classic Eagles of the Misty Mountains with Vassals and Guardians.
Use Pippin for emergency defense with Support of the Eagles + Winged Guardian.
