This deck is a little confused - is it a combat deck or a questing deck?
Surely it's a combat deck! It's got Tactigorn and Mablung after all. You engage lots of enemies with DĂșnedain Hunter and Tireless Hunters, generating a ton of resources on Mablung.
Aragorn with DĂșnedain Mark and Roheryn can quickly dispatch enemies that you optionally engage during the encounter phase, engage another enemy, and ready himself with Rohan Warhorse.
Denethor with Gondorian Shield is a stellar defender, with Honour Guard providing some back-up.
Mablung is going to have so many resources (his own ability + Steward + transfer from Denethor) that he will be drawing like crazy with the Rod of the Steward.
So it's a combat deck then.
But wait, what about Visionary Leadership and Sword that was Broken? With those two attachments in play, each of your 1 cost allies (Envoy of Pelargir, Squire of the Citadel, Errand-rider) can quest for 2 or 3 each, while your heres are questing for 3-4! Way to make that Spirit deck jealous!
For quests that are lighter on enemies the deck can certainly fall into more of a questing role. If you know in advance that there won't be a whole lot of combat, throw in Faramir for good measure.
