As discussed on the CotR presents feed, this is my ALeP Eagles deck that I will be bringing to Con of the Rings 2022.

I love Eagle decks, and the ALeP variety of passing them around the table is just a joy to play with in a multiplayer setting. I didn’t get to use them at last year’s Con because I brought a Last Alliance Eagle deck instead that was more focused on Rumil and Haldir sniping than it was at passing around our feathered friends. That will be corrected this year.
No Radagast or Hirgon means that I can pretty easily play with another Eagle deck at the table as well, which is quite fun for the synergy that they can have with one another. It isn’t mono-sphere, which hurts a little in Against the Shadow, but it should still be able to Battle and Siege quest fairly well when called upon to do so. I’m hoping to get at least one quality Breath of Arda play over the weekend that has a big change on the game, so that is my main goal here.

Sep 09, 2022sorry you have Flight of the Eagles i somehow oversaw it ;) then i would choose the good old Feint for the Eagle Emissary if thread is no prob. |

I think dropping the Eagle Emissary for them is a pretty good call for certain quests. I have both the Keen as Lances and Favor of the Valar in my general Con sideboard in case I run into a situation where I feel they're needed. |

is there enough thread reduction with (sneak+)gandalf and 3 Hidden Roosts + 2 Secret Vigil?
i think i would include 1-2 safety Favor of the Valar or 1-2 Keen as Lances would discard the Eagle Emissary for that they are imo not efficient. or if thread reduction is enough, i would include Flight of the Eagles its so good if you need a ready for Gwaihir (and fun if Eagle of the North will be revealed by the encounterdeck)
