An attempt at an Elrond/Vilya/Gandalf/Wizard Pipe power deck. The idea is to use Vilya's effect to drop high-cost allies into play for free. Normally you don't know what card is coming up, but Gandalf's effect allows you to play with the first card of your deck face up, and Wizard Pipe let's you swap it with cards from your hand.
Obviously this relies on finding these two attachments early. There's all three copies of Vilya, plus three copies of Bilbo Baggins to find the pipe. Ordinarily I might include ally Galadriel to help find attachments, but I wanted to include her hero version to create a White Council theme. She also has some built-in threat reduction and card-draw, which is pretty vital.
To be honest, I think this deck would be a lot better (and justify the massive starting threat) if I had more expensive cards to drop into play with Vilya. This is definitely one I'll tweak as my collection grows.

As for Gandalf I really like Shadowfax and he can also use the third ring Narya. |

With Gandalf you do not need it, since you can see what is coming, but Imladris Stargazer is generally used to counter you do not know what is coming, to avoid blind Vilya. Alternatively, very expensive version is Gildor Inglorion. But with Gandalf you know what is coming and yes, you can swap the cards using the Wizard Pipe.
And not sure if you have access to it but Word of Command can also help and you have an Istari hero right there.
