I threw this deck together after Harad came out and after some refinement it was surprisingly awesome to play! The idea is to continuously hop allies in and out of play through Stand and Fight,Sneak Attack, and O Lórien!
What you want in your opening hand is Nenya and O Lórien! and it would be perfected with some allies and Light of Valinor or Unexpected Courage. Getting two Mirkwood Long-knife's into play is always a positive. I've never had all three out, but I wouldn't mind having the third one on Celeborn.
There are a couple different secondary ideas that the deck can take on. This current configuration is the base or original deck which is a good all around deck and allows for Legolas to boost his attack by adding his willpower with Fair and Perilous. Also I have found it useful to add Galadriel's willpower during the combat phase before using Fair and Perilous to utterly crush enemies. I have been able to crush 12 hit point enemies with this combo plus the allies that I typically have in play. Also, Celeborn is usually ready from Legolas's ability which makes it much easier to use him to deal with enemies defensively or otherwise.
As for the other configurations, you can choose to focus on location clearing with Hithlain and Steed of Imladris combined with Woodland Courier or on healing by adding Lembas and Galadhrim Healer. If you want to go more combat, I would probably drop either the healers or courier's in favor of the Silverlode Archer.
My favorite ally is probably the Greenwood Archer, that card has saved my bacon on a few occasions. Remember those times you wish you had a readied hero? With sneak attack and Greenwood Archer those dreams can become a reality. Need to use Galadriel's card draw and Nenya, but you don't have unexpected courage out or on her? That too can be a reality
Great single player deck. I crushed the Sand's of Harad box with this deck and have since then tried it out on several others including journey down the anduin.
The deck is a great multiplayer deck especially since there are many configurations for it. Does the group need more location control, healing, willpower or more combat? Done.

Cool Silvan deck :) I like the use of Mirkwood Long Knife to get a lot of value from it. Although I have some bad news for you... Nenya is a quest action, so you can't add Galadriel's willpower during combat :(
