Intended setup: Éomer: Firefoot + War Axe - 9 attack if any character leaves play
Théoden: Snowmane (not restricted if on Theoden!) - quest with Theoden then ready for defence or attack Golden Shield - 4 defence Herugrim - 5 attack
Lothíriel: Steed of Imladris - discard to +2 progress on active location Steed of the Mark - (yes, I know this implies she's riding two horses, but can't the steed from Imladris have been adopted into the Mark?) Commit Lothiriel to a quest, then ready her and commit her again... double willpower, plus play 2 allies from your hand in one phase! Add Unexpected Courage for triple bonus? Horn of the Mark - extra card draw every time the ally summoned with her ability leaves play at the end of the phase
Reforged is there to get Steward of Gondor into play - use this as one of the cards to discard to activate Steed of Imladris' ability, then reforge it onto Lothiriel to pay for Steed of the Mark.
Snowbourn Scout can be put into play using Lothiriel.
